The feedback feature that lets you comment on database entries isn't working properly for which we apologise. Please send your comments, including relevant airfield details, to dick.flute@ukairfieldguide.net. Many thanks for your interest.

A Guide to the history of British flying sites within the United Kingdom
get in touch

WARNING: This is not a Flight Guide for pilots and should not be used as such. All the information is historical. PLEASE NOTE: Click on pictures within this Guide to get a larger image. Left click on image and the caption bar should disappear. There are now over 7,000 listings, (over 23,000 illustrations), and there are at least another 500 more flying sites to be added. Also, no listing will ever be finished and many will be added to as time allows. It should also be borne in mind that many entries contain listings of multiple flying sites. Advice and information is very welcome and much appreciated. Now there are 5664 entries listed!
