BAILEYS FARM:  Temporary aerodrome

This picture is from my Google Earth© derived database and only shows the location of Mays Lane.  Barnet was in HERTFORDSHIRE until 1965.

Operated by:  CWA Scott's Flying Displays, and British Empire Air Display

Location:  Unknown to date? The address for Baileys Farm was Mays Lane, Barnet and this is quite a long road leading roughly WSW from Barnet town centre. I suspect that the location of Baileys Farm might well be within the expanded suburbs of Barnet after WW2.

Periods of operation:    CWA Scott's Flying Displays:   12/13th April 1936
British Empire Air Display:   8th August 1936

NOTES:  We have Mr Grant Peerless to thank for pointing out this venue location in September 2026.
