A MICHAEL T HOLDER GALLERY
Here once again we have Mike Holder, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for both discovering this location and providing the following items to illustrate the listing.
Article One was published in the Dundee Courier on the 1st June 1920. The Article Two (1) was published in the Dundee Evening Telegraph on the 2nd June 1920.
The Article Two (2) is the publisher version.
The local area and area views are from my Google Earth© derived database.
NOTES: Mike spent hours searching for more information about this venue, especially trying to determine which field was used? But all to no avail. For an event such as this, lasting around a week, it is quite unusual for Mike not to find more supporting evidence, such as an advert in the local press. As Mike points out though, not all newspapers have been translated into a digital format, or indeed, perhaps even conserved. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
This said, the primary aim of this 'Guide' is to provide sufficient proof that a location was used, and that criteria has certainly been satisfied.
