Location: To date unkown, but in the vicinity of Fintry village on the B818, roughly 14nm N of Glasgow city centre
Period of operation: Unknown? Certainly it seems in the 1960s, perhaps much later?
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. It appears that this gliding club operated from 1963 until 2004. But, although using this location in the earlier days, probably later moved elsewhere?
If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome. Any pictures will be much appreciated.

In May 2025 Graham Frost discovered information that, far from being as I had supposed situated up in the hills, it was in fact in the valley just east of Fintry village. Presumably using winch tows?
This 'Guide', even after a quarter of a century in the making, is very much a 'work in progress'. New information arrives nigh on every week, often needing existing listings to be amended. Indeed, often with a major re-write needed.
