Location:  2nm WSW of Newtownards, 7.5nm E to ESE of Belfast city centre

Period of operation:  Unknown? Possibly from the early 2000s to -

Runway:  Most unusually this has changed over the years. Initially in 2009 it appears to be:   01/19   140   grass

With possibly?:  12/30   115   grass

As the 2017 picture shows, the runway was then:     03/21   295   grass

But, the 2018 picture clearly shows:    01/19   290   grass

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide' to thank for pointing out this location.

The dating system on Google Earth images is very unreliable, (but why?), but even so the nature of this site has changed considerably over the years.

If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be very welcome.
