Location: Just E of the A588, about 3nm SSW of Lancaster city centre
Period of operation: 1964 to 1976
Runway: N/S 530 grass
NOTE: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide, to thank for this information. It now appears that Commander Bibby owned the Cessna 182F Skylane, G-ASNN, from 1964 to 1976. When he sold it in 1976 it seems safe to assume, the airstrip was closed.
