BARRY: Military temporary Landing Ground

Military user: RNAS (Royal Naval Air Service)

Location: In/near Barry on the A930 roughly mid-way between Monifieth on the eastern outskirts of Dundee and Carnoustie

Period of operation: 1915

NOTES: It seems that this temporary landing ground was reserved for use by aeroplanes attached to the DUNDEE seaplane station. But why only in 1915?
