Baydon Manor

Note: Needless to say, if anybody can kindly add more information, this advice will be much appreciated.

BAYDON MANOR: Private airstrip

NOTES: I am of course assuming that BAYDON MANOR is in/near Baydon in WILTSHIRE. I cannot find another Baydon listed in recent years and this village is about 6nm NW to NNW of Hungerford, and about 2nm NW of the Membury Services on the M4. In 1977. However, a bit more research seems to show that I now have a pretty good idea where this airstrip was.

it seems the Auster 5 G-ANIE was based here in 1977.
