BECKLEY:   Helicopter maintenance facilty

Location:  Just SE of Beckley village, roughly 4nm NE of Oxford city centre

Period of operation: Apparently since 2004?


NOTES:  We have, once again, Mr Graham Frost who is a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. He tells us that the large helicopter in the 2025 picture is a Sikorsky S-61 and in the general scheme of things, regarding most companies engaged in helicopter maintenance in the UK, I would not expect to find such a large machine in a facility of this size.
