Note: This map only shows a position roughly between North Benfleet and South Benfleet. If anybody can kindly offer advice about this airstrip, it will be most welcome.




BENFLEET: Private airstrip
 

NOTES: Looking at modern maps Benfleet appears to have disappeared, (if it ever existed?) but North Benfleet and South Benfleet are listed about 5nm E of Basildon town centre. In 1977 the Jodel D.140B Mousquetaire G-ARRY was apparently based at BENFLEET.
