Note: Is it possible that all three of these sites could be one and the same? Experience has taught me not to make this assumption. If anybody can kindly offer advice on this, it will be much appreciated.

BLYBOROUGH HALL: Private airstrip/airfield

Location: In/near Blyborough village which is just W of the B1398, about 2nm SSW of KIRTON-in-LINDSEY and roughly 7nm SE to ESE of Gainsborough

NOTES: It is recorded that after having to leave KIRTON-in-LINDSEY the Lincoln Aero Club positioned to “an unlicensed field” at BLYBOROUGH HALL for about a year (1967 to 1968) before taking up residence at HEMSWELL.

Also, the Auster J/1N Alpha, G-AIJI, was registered to this address by Blyborough Aviation Ltd from 07.07.67 until 04.11.67. Is anything known about this company?
