Bo Peep Hill

Note: This map only shows my rough estimate of where this gliding site was, within the UK. Any advice regarding a more accurate location will be much appreciated.

BO PEEP HILL:  Gliding site

Operated by:  Southdown Gliding Club

Location: As far as I can make out, on top of the South Downs, roughly SE of West Firle, SW of Selmeston and NW of Alfriston

Period of operation: 1950s and 1960s only?

NOTES: In the 1957 The Aeroplane directory, this was the Southdown Gliding Club site. Their fleet was: Two Tutor intermediates, one Olympia sailplane and one T.21B two-seater.
