BODMIN: Temporary flying site
NOTES: It appears that in June 1912 Henri Salmet visited Bodmin with his Blériot and was almost certainly was offering joy-rides.

NOTES: Although a number of accidents occurred on the ‘Flying Circus’ circuits of the 1930s generally nobody was seriously hurt. One exception occurred here on the 15th August 1935 when the Avro 504K G-EDBS crashed killing Leslie Anderson, (the pilot), and the passenger Mr A.J.R Hope.
