Location: Just NNW of Bootle village, just E of Hycemoor village and about 14nm NNW of Barrow-in-Furness town centre
Period of operation: Not known? 2018 certainly
Runway: 01/19 600 grass
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide' to thank for pointing out this location.
Google Earth limits the amount of images in the more remote regions of the UK, so I cannot find any evidence of this airstrip in 2008 or 2021.
So, as always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be most welcome.
