Location: Just N of Bothampstead village, roughly 1nm E of the A34 and about 6.5nm NNE of Newbury town centre
Period of operation: Nothing shown in 2018. Presumably from 2019 (?) to -
Runway: 07/25 490 grass
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide' to thank for pointing out this location. There is no obvious evidence of a hangar? Also, what a treat to find two pictures dated 2020 on Google Earth © showing an aircraft on the strip.
Presumably this strip is known by another name locally? If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be most welcome.
