Location: About 1nm NNW of Charing on the A20, about 6.5nm NW of Ashford town centre
Period of operation: 1950s to late 1960s only?
NOTES: I have Mr Graham Frost to thank for this information. He tells me that Mr Stevens had a DH85 Leopard Moth based here. And, he reckons that: ".... in 1964 Shorts put one of their Skyvan demonstrators into this field."
Later Graham discovered that the Miles M.17 Monarch, G-AIDE (ex W6463), was registered to Mr J H Stevens, at this address, from 25.09.64 until 22.07.68.
