Note; This map only gives the location of Boyd Farming in East Boldre.

BOYDS FARM: Private Landing Ground

NOTES: There seems reasonable evidence that a private Landing Ground, (in the parlance of the period), was operating here in the 1920s in the vicinity of Boldre. Presumably East Boldre?

I could of course be barking up the wrong tree here, as Boldre and East Boldre are about 3 miles apart. Is it just coincidence that today there is the Boyd Farming concern in East Boldre. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
