Note: This map only gives the position of Breckles village within the UK. If anybody can give a location for this 'Q' site, this advice will be most welcome.

BRECKLES: Decoy ‘Q’ site airfield for RAF WATTON & later USAAF SNETTERTON

NOTES: Perhaps just worth a mention because it appears a Lancaster did actually touch down here during WW2 but climbed away again when all the lights were switched off! Breckles is on the A1076 about 9nm SSE of Watton town centre.
