Bridge of Allan

BRIDGE of ALLAN: Microlight landing field

Location: Presumably just E of the M9 and W of the A9 NNW of Stirling

NOTES: The initial information for this site came from the AAIB report EW/G2016/10/13. However, when looking for this site on Google Earth, it clearly showed a flex-wing type parked at the northern end of this roughly 'L'-shaped field.

But, and I might well be mistaken of course, on the other west side of the M9 there was a classic sign of a runway. Can anybody kindly explain?
