Note: This map only gives the position of Broom village within the UK. If anybody can kindly provide a more exact location for the airfield, this advice will be much appreciated.

38 [Home Defence] Sqdn (Royal Aircraft Factory B.E.2c, possibly the Royal Aircraft Factory F.E.2b?)
Location: Just N of Bidford-on-Avon
NOTES: It appears this airfield only operated from April to October 1916.
38 Squadron were formed at CASTLE BROMWICH (WARWICKSHIRE/WEST MIDLANDS) in July 1916. It appears they were re-equipped with the F.E.2b before their HQ moved to MELTON MOWBRAY (LEICESTERSHIRE) in September 1916.
