Note: This map only gives the position of Broxted village within the UK. If anybody can kindly provide a more exact location for the WW1 airfield, this advice will be most welcome.

Military user: RFC 39 (Home Defence) Sqdn (Probably flying B.E.2s and B.E.12s)
Location: Broxted village is just S of the B1051, about 3nm SW of Thaxted and 4nm ENE of Stansted Mountfitchet
Period of operation: 1916 only it seems?
