It is interesting to compare the two. In the 2003 picture the airfield is clearly seen, well laid out with a taxiway and grass parking area. Not so in the 2008 picture although it still looks perfectly servicable as an airstrip? However, it appears that use of this facility was withdrawn by 2008.
