NOTES: In 2005 Rupert Hibberd very kindly contacted me by e-mail: "Dear Dick, I fly a Jodel and Druine Turbi from my own strip just E of Devizes and have done so for 25 yrs. My father, now dead, lived on this farm from about 1927 and told of having a flight with Alan Cobham's Circus from a field half mile W of my strip."

A look at G-INFO on the web reveals that the Druine D.5 Turbi is G-APBO, and the Jodel is the DR1050 Ambassadeur G-BEAB. Rupert must be a very happy man owning two classic French types.
