NOTES:  One of the aims of producing this 'Guide' is to pose questions rather than to always provide answers. Mr Graham Frost, a long term friend of this 'Guide', found that the Taylorcraft Auster 5 Alpha, G-AJTV (ex TJ367), was registered to Mr George Bickley at this address from 01.06.49 until 17.03.52, When it was later sold later that year to Turkey as TC-URER.

Although we have no idea if it was actually based here (?), it seems highly likely that if not, Mr Bickley would surely have 'brought it home' for visits. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
