NOTES:  One of the pleasures of producing this 'Guide' is that quite often it can ask questions rather than just trying to provide answers. In June 2025 I was asked if the Just Superstol, G-RHOD, might be based near to FONTMELL MAGNA? I had no idea so decided it was time to dust off my patented Sherlock Holmes detection kit, complete with deerstaker hat, spyglass and 12in metric converter. And investigate.

The result being that I reckon, and having had a think about it, (people that know me well usually say - please don't do that!), is that the location I have selected seems to tick all the boxes? G-RHOD was registered in 2017 and previous views on Google Earth © prior to 2017 show no evidence of aviation being committed here. But, as seen above, a 'hangar' appears - quite narrow but a Just Superstol has folding wings.

At the risk of being too clever by half, finding pictures of G-RHOD on the interweb, shows that it was later fitted with 'tundra' tyres. So, ipso facto and QED, the 2025 picture showing the field as being much rougher, would only add to the fun of flying this remarkable STOL aeroplane type. As always, if anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
