Location: In/near Idsworth, about 2nm NNE of Rowlands Castle, and roughly 5nm NE of Waterloo town centre
Runway: N/S 150 grass
NOTES: The info source is the AAIB report EW/G2010/05/21. The base airstrip for the Savannah VG Jabiru G-CFSX. This aircraft was registered to an owner with an address in Idsworth from 26.01.2009 until 25.07.2014.
In August 2022 I was kindly contacted by Mr William Swadling. G-CFSX was his fathers aeroplane. My original estimate as to where this airstrip was turned out to be quite incorrect - this listing now amended.
