Location: In/near Kelsall S of the A54, about 7 to 8nm E of Chester
Period of operation: Early 2000s to -
Runway: 11/29 900 grass
NOTES: It has been often a case of when trying to sort out the history for this 'Guide', so much information seems to conflict with various accounts.
For example, an account has been found that during the mid 1970s it appears the Tipsy T.66 Nipper 2 G-ARBP was based at KELSALL. However, a bit of research shows that G-ARBO, a Piper PA-24 Comanche 250 was also based at KELSALL.
But, was this airstrip operational in the 1970s, or was there another airstrip nearby?
