LITTLE ROBHURST FARM:   Private airstrip

Location:  About 1.5nm WNW of Woodchurch, and roughly 2.5nm ENE/NE of Tenterden

Period of operation:  Probably circa 2008 initially ?  Still in operation in 2020


Runway:  The pictures above clearly show that a 06/24 runway, 500 metres long was originally planned. The 2007 picture showing this under construction. A Google Earth image dated 2006 shows no evidence of this site existing.

The 2009 picture appears to show that initially the western half, of around 250 metres was being used?



NOTES:  As always, and in so many cases, if anybody can kindly advice and information, this will be most welcome.
