Note: A look at Google Earth (image date 2017) shows it as:   08/26   750


NOTES:  It appears that the Luscombe 8F, G-AKUF (ex N2067K), has been based here, (this comment being in 2025), since March 2007. One aspect that interested me, trying so hard to become an 'anorak', is that this registration was originally assigned to an Avro 689 Tudor 2. Which was not built. Part of a rather sad story, well worth reading about I think, of an airliner that was, after the huge success of the Lancaster bomber in WW2, a dismal failure.
