I live in Pluckley alongside site of RAF Pluckley, operatinal 1917 to 1919. Am interested in writing short booklet on airfield, as permanent local history archive and desperately need photos and information, please.

Hi Les, As I am out of the UK, for some reason my 'reply' facility is not working, but I hope you will see this. I am afraid that this is all I have about Pluckley. Perhaps, for example, you could contact the Airfield Research Group, or the RAF Museum at Hendon and also the Imperial War Museum. My best regards, Dick

To Dick Flute re RAF/RFC Pluckley, Kent. Thanks Dick for contacting me and I will check with Hendon and IWM. I have established 50 and 112 Squadrons used the landing ground but nothing more, or photographs. Thanks so much, Best wishes Les.
