Note:  All four of these pictures were obtained from Google Earth ©

Location: Just W of Poundon village and roughly 3.5nm NE of Bicester town centre

Period of operation:  Early 2000s? to -

Runway:  2009:   02/20   380   grass

               Later:   02/20   570   grass

NOTES: I came across this airstrip whilst searching on Google Earth for another, supposed to be a couple of miles away. The image date was 2017 and an aircraft parked outside was clearly visible.

Having looked at thousands of various sites, the 2004 picture above is nothing quite like anything I have seen before. Could it be that these are traces of an aircraft regularly using this field?

As always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
