Prosperous Home Farm

PROSPEROUS HOME FARM: Private airstrip (In WILTSHIRE)

Location: E of A338, 2nm SSW of Hungerford

Period of operation: 1984 to -

NOTES: This is most unusual. It seems, looking at Google Earth and trying to sort this out, it seems that the farm buildings are in WILTSHIRE but the airstrip, which is at the eastern side of the farm, is actually in BERKSHIRE. Advice on this will be most welcome.

This said, with at least seven airstrips in and around Hungerford, and all in close proximity, I do hope I have this location correct?
