Location:  Just E of Sand Lane, just W of NORTH MOOR airstrip, S of the M18 and about 4nm SSW of Scunthorpe town centre

Period of operation:  1990s (?) to -


Runway:   2008=    09/27   310   grass                  2015=   10/28   520   grass


NOTES:  I had the picture I took when flying past a few years ago listed in my article, "Sites to be identified'. In May 2020 I was very kindly contacted by Mr Andrew Elsom who told me exactly where it was - hence this new entry.

It appears that a Storch, presumably the Fieseler version rather than the smaller and much more recent Slepcev variant, and a Tiger Moth are housed in the hangar at the western end of the runway.
