Note: This map only shows a rough position within the UK. I have been unable to find a more exact location. If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.

SHANTRON HILL: Paragliding site
Note: Perhaps not commonly used?

Location: 3nm S of Luss on the W bank of Loch Lomond

NOTES: Initial info source AAIB report EW/C2008/05/02

This report is well worth reading; a truly tragic and terrible account involving a person, (one of two brothers in fact), who almost certainly simply had a love for flying.
