SHRIVENHAM:  One off Landing Ground?

NOTES: In an article in the March 2016 issue of Light Aviation magazine, is was stated that the last flight by the Auster AOP.9 (WZ706) whilst still under military command, was from St ATHAN (GLAMORGAN), to the Royal Military College of Science at Shrivenham on the 19th of June 1964. The Auster AOP.9 was of course designed to land on 'a postage stamp' sized area.

But, was this the only aircraft to land here?
