In 2007, due to gravel extraction works the airfield was ‘moved’ across the road westwards and two new runways were laid out. The hangars and ‘clubhouse’ still remain on the east side of the single track road.

These are by the author when invited to transport the Gardan GY-20 Minicab G-AWEP after a landing incident in July 2013. Plus a couple of pictures of the site.
