NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. It appears that the Eurofox 912(S), G-NMCL, is not only based here, but was built here by the owner and strip operator.
The registered address for the owner gave me cause for concern initially; this being The Cottar House, Chapelton, Auchenblae, Laurenckirk - and try finding this location with that advice! I learnt many years ago that a postal address often bears no relationship to geography, and indeed the actual location may well be in another County. A similar lesson applies, for example, the "Counties" you might see on modern road maps which very often only depict administrative areas. And these can change considerably over time.
The best advice I have found indicates that the orginal geographic Counties still exist. And, only an act of Parliament can change them, which hasn't happened for a very long time. Hence why I am listing this County as being KINCARDINESHIRE.
