NOTES: Could this also be the 'GRANGE FARM' I have also found listed in LINCOLNSHIRE?
This appears to be the base, from 2023, for the Ikarus C42 FB80 Bravo, G-HMCD. This aircraft type is quite remarkable, holding many records, simply because it is light enough. So many so called 'microlights' do not qualify. Many might appear to do so, on paper, but, as often as not, even two seaters with just one on board, cannot carry even enough fuel to make a circuit legally.
Which of course raises the very important question of just what should be defined within any category? Should it just be a question of weight? I think not. A much more sensible approach should be adopted.
