WATFORD: Airship demonstration flight
NOTES: It seems that in March 1911 an airship ‘performed’ at the United Services Tournament. I now learn that this was the airship City of Cardiff built by E T Willows and flown by him not long previously, (but when?), from London to Paris with a passenger. The first British airship to cross the English Channel.
