Operated by:   MSS Holdings

Location:  Just E of the A585, S of junction 3 on the M55, and roughly 6nm ESE of Blackpool town centre

Period of operation:  Circa 2014 it seems, to -

NOTES:  This is the base for Huey Helicopters who operate a genuine example of the Bell UH1H ' Huey' type, serial 72-21509 when in service with the U.S. Army, and which saw service in Vietnam. Now registered as G-UHIH it has an AOC and can carry five passengers at £600 for a forty-five minute flight. Not a bad deal considering the costs involved in setting up this operation.

Purchased in the USA, it was fully restored there, and flight tested before being imported into the U.K. I might be mistaken but the 2018 aerial view appears to show a 'Huey' fuselage parked near the hangar.
