Location: 1.5nm ENE of Aubourn village, roughly 2.5nm W of RAF WADDINGTON, about 5nm SSW of Lincoln city centre
Period of operation: 2006/7 to -
Runways: 01/19 320 grass 06/24 345 grass
NOTES: It is of course just me being pedantic, (which increases with age), but for me an airstrip is just that, airstrip singular. As this this location has two strips, I classify it as an airfield.
I imagine this location is used by microlights? As always, if anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be most welcome. Plus of course, pictures are always much appreciated.
