Location: N of the A22, NW of the Bowship Roundabout, W of Lower Horsebridge, and roughly 1.75nm NW of Hailsham town centre
Period of operation: Early 2000s only?
Note: As far as I can make out, this airstrip was only operated from around 2013 to 2015?
Runway: 07/25 475 grass
NOTES:
A look at Google Earth in 2017 (image date 2015) appears to show clear evidence of this airstrip. If anybody can kindly offer more advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
I have no idea why I found this airstrip listed as Bowship Roundabout. Presumably a better local name is known? If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be much appreciated.
